We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Procurement Expert to join our team at BAE Systems.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that align with business objectives, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial activities across multiple projects, including contract negotiation, bid evaluation, and supplier management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary Estimate: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
