Key Responsibilities:- Develop annual customer marketing strategic plans aligned with the brand strategy.
- Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns for key customers, including sell-in materials, campaign material development, and internal and customer communication.
- Define campaign sales objectives and set clear KPIs, tracking performance and conducting regular reviews.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders throughout key account customer businesses to support improved project launch execution.
- Collaborate with sales reps to ensure the effectiveness of activities, plans, and materials developed by the department.
- Work with Brand Managers to develop and implement marketing campaigns, proposing new ideas and determining the best visibility and communication approach for key customers.
- Identify and leverage Eye Care Professional insights to activate both consumers and Eye Care Professionals within key customers.
- Work with the Key Account Manager team to identify and leverage customer insights for brand growth within key customers.
- At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing.
- Proven experience of delivering added value marketing campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
- University degree qualification or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Any other European language would be an asset.
