Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
As a Sales and Business Development Representative at Adecco, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and training services. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for providing accurate and relevant advice to customers, maintaining customer information, and actively contributing to business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and relevant advice to customers regarding our products and training services.
* Ensure prompt and accurate recording of customer information for future reference.
* Maintain regular contact with allocated accounts to generate consistent orders.
* Introduce new products to existing customers and keep their information up to date.
* Proactively reach out to prospective customers to explore new business opportunities.
* Issue quotations and diligently follow up to secure sales.
* Negotiate sales terms and bring deals to a successful conclusion.
* Liaise effectively with other team members to coordinate efforts and share relevant information.
* Confirm and update customer information systematically on the database after interactions.
