Business Development Manager - Franchise Growth
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of franchisees and supporting them throughout their training, ensuring they start off their business in the best way and work closely with them to ensure they are growing and developing a successful business in their local area.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the link between franchise business owners and Head Office.
- Ensure allocated franchisees are operating their businesses in the correct manner.
- Support the continued growth and business development of the company's franchisee and franchise network.
- Work alongside fellow Franchise Business Development Managers, assisting in the day-to-day business development and management of franchisees.
- Analyse sales processes and financial performance of the business to advise, motivate, and train franchise owners and their staff to grow their business.
- Help prepare for and accompany franchisees on appointments with prospective customers.
- Provide in-house training on systems to promote efficiency and productivity.
- Train and mentor franchisees, supporting field training, working, and setting business plans, identifying blockages to business growth, developing bespoke strategies to achieve business growth and increased profitability, monitoring, and ensuring plans are followed, and providing advice, guidance, and information when dealing with issues.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Grounds maintenance and/or landscape services experience.
- To have worked as an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, Business Development Manager, Franchise Business Development Manager, or owned your own Grounds Maintenance company.
- To be living within the area that the role covers from Perth through to Manchester.
