Aircraft Mechanical Fitter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a key member of our Flight Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering operational support to Flight Operations
  • Accomplish maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by nominated Shift Supervisor or Certifying Engineer
  • Work to high standards to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft
  • Complete maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant, mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with written instructions laid down by OEM
  • Conduct off-aircraft mechanical, power plant, component and composite technical work in workshops as required
  • Assist in day-to-day running of the aircraft Hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Apprenticeship within Aircraft Maintenance
  • Experience of Base Maintenance
  • Experience of Flight Operations and Line Maintenance
  • Thorough knowledge of engine and airframe systems
  • Knowledge of specialized test equipment relating to engine and airframe systems
  • Up-to-date knowledge of flight operations and maintenance procedures
