Land Manager or Land Buyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Land Manager or Land Buyer to join our client's office in Whiteley, Hampshire. This role will involve establishing relationships and negotiating with clients to secure the acquisition of land for bespoke developments through to large-scale schemes of over 1,000 units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential land opportunities for residential developments
  • Conduct site feasibility studies and development appraisals
  • Attend site viewings and client/third-party meetings
  • Negotiate legal paperwork and documentation related to land purchases
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role as a Land Buyer or Land Manager
  • Proven experience identifying and purchasing land for the house building industry
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience with the legal and contractual aspects of land acquisition
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
What We Offer
  • Salary ranging between £50,000 - £70,000 DOE
  • Car allowance of £3,000 - £5,000 depending on management level
  • Up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Christmas shutdown (allocation from annual leave)
