Admissions Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Manager to join our team at Direct Recruitment. As a key member of our education recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to prospective parents and pupils, ensuring a seamless admissions process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to attract and engage prospective students and their families
- Organize and host private tours and open events to showcase our clients' schools and facilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of prospective pupil applications, ensuring timely communication with applicants and schools
- Collaborate with our education recruitment team to provide comprehensive support to our clients throughout the admissions process
About You
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the education sector
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of school databases and CRM systems, such as ISAMS and Salesforce, is highly desirable
