Admissions Manager Opportunity

Empowering Learning is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Manager to join our team. As an Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all admissions-related tasks, including processing applications, conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new students and promote the school's brand.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to ensure a smooth admissions process.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective families, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in admissions and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in education or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
