About the Role

The HR Officer will report to the HR and Training Manager and be responsible for providing a high standard of support across a range of HR activities, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administration support, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and communications.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.

Requirements

  • HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, studying towards or an interest to do so.
  • Experience of working in an HR environment undertaking a range of tasks, including general HR administration.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
