About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to patients with mental health conditions, including exercise programs and education on self-management of health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Participate in supervision and peer review to ensure high standards of practice.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent postgraduate diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with the Health Professions Council.
  • Relevant postgraduate training and continuing professional development.
  • Basic IT skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist in the NHS.
  • Experience of leading teams and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
