Job Overview

The role of a Clinical Health Assessor with Donard Recruitment involves working in a dynamic environment to assess individuals with various health conditions and disabilities. As a qualified professional, you will be responsible for managing caseloads from start to finish, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and assess a wide range of physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks, allowing for regular breaks and participation in ongoing training and development.

Salary and Benefits:
£38,500 - £41,500 basic salary, plus a 5% retention bonus rising to 10% quality and retention bonus. Enjoy hybrid full-time and part-time working hours, along with 25 days holiday per annum, increasing to 27 days with service. The company also provides a laptop and mobile phone for work purposes.

Requirements:
  • Hold a valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration within the team.
