About This Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Assessment Specialist to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Healthcare Assessment Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) make informed decisions about health and care.

Job Overview

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills. You will be working closely with the DWP to provide accurate and unbiased assessments.

What You'll Do
  • Write detailed reports to support DWP decision-making
  • Use your clinical knowledge to provide expert recommendations
  • Complete a comprehensive 12-week training program

Requirements
  • One year post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic
  • Fully registered with NMC, HCPC, or relevant body with a valid PIN
  • Excellent observational, communication, and IT skills
  • A valid driving licence or transport to the nearest assessment centre
