Job Description

This is a key role within our training provider team.

We are seeking an experienced management professional to join our team as a Management Skills Coach.

The successful candidate will have a strong management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of our respected training provider team, receiving professional training and mentorship.
  • Pursue relevant qualifications to enhance knowledge of training science and learner support.
  • Provide one-on-one mentorship to learners navigating apprenticeships and Ofsted regulations.
  • Support learners remotely via Teams, phone, and messaging platforms within standard office hours.
  • Deliver Institute of Leadership and Management levels 3 and 5 programs.

Requirements:

  • A strong management background with experience in people management and motivation.
  • A management or business qualification at level 5 or higher (ILM, CMI, HND, degree, etc.).
  • Dedicated home workspace and self-discipline to work independently.
  • Clear and effective communication skills to convey complex information to learners.
  • Project management experience or qualifications are highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
