Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance leader to join our team at Four Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Leadership: Lead and manage the Finance, Credit Control & Loans teams to ensure the smooth operation of our financial functions.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Risk Management: Develop and oversee the annual budget and investment portfolio, managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Financial Advisory: Provide expert financial guidance to the CEO, board, and management team, ensuring effective financial decision-making.
- A minimum of 3 years of financial management experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
- ACCA or CIMA qualified with experience working within an SME environment.
- A strong understanding of financial services regulatory frameworks, including risk management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience of delivering effective formal performance reviews.
- High levels of communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt style and content to different audiences.
