We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Hospital Director to join our team at Thornford Park in Thatcham, Berkshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the culture and direction of our service.

As Deputy Hospital Director, you will be responsible for managing clinical and non-clinical teams, and will deputise for the Hospital Director in leading the service. You will also be the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance, ensuring that our service meets the highest standards of care and safety.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Deputising for the Hospital Director in leading the service and attending internal and external meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory regulations
  • Overseeing and delivering site projects to improve the service and its operations
  • Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide personalised assessment and treatment programmes for service users
