Service Care Solutions - Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant Client Finance to join their team. As a key member of the Client Finance team, you will provide essential clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of financial assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of current Adult Social Care Charging regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize the Document Imaging system to efficiently scan and index documents.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, both written and electronic, within the Client Finance Team.
  • Respond to service user inquiries via telephone as required.
  • Collaborate with Adult Social Care, Transactional Services, and Corporate Debt on individual cases.
  • Communicate effectively with other teams within the Council as necessary.
  • Provide timely and accurate clerical support to the Financial Assessment Team to facilitate efficient financial assessments and notifications.
  • Process routine changes of circumstances in specific types of claims.
  • Offer clerical support across the Client Finance department as needed.
  • Input data into computer systems with precision.

Requirements:
