IFA Administrator Opportunity

Heat Recruitment is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a leading financial planning and investment company in Chester Business Park. As a vital part of the financial planning process, you will support several highly successful advisers and their HNW clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to IFA teams, ensuring seamless client service delivery.
  • Manage client data, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality financial planning and investment services.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Financial Planning as an IFA Administrator support role
  • Understanding of the full financial planning & corporate advice process
  • Experience dealing with a range of clients and confident in the processes involved in an Administrator role
  • Strong communication skills
