About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Client Lead to join our team at Incubeta. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for advancing the analytics capabilities of our clients and driving their data maturity through roadmaps and planning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to develop and implement analytics strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide implementation solutions for web, marketing, and media analytics on both websites and mobile apps.
  • Support clients with ad-hoc requests for troubleshooting and support on analytics packages such as GA4 and GTM.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to audit, implement, and measure analytics projects.
  • Derive and deliver insights from analysis of web, mobile, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Provide quality assurance and evaluate implementation decisions made by the technical team.
  • Translate business requirements and support project scoping for analytics opportunities.
  • Support ongoing client management and project management for GA service clients.
  • Provide ad-hoc Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation and troubleshooting support.
  • Support Google Analytics 4 implementation projects.
  • Support training program delivery.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in web and/or app analytics implementation and maintenance. You should have hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and client-facing experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in web and/or app analytics implementation and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and client-facing experience.
  • Proficient at identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within Google Analytics or similar products.
  • Confident in implementing tags and technical resolutions in Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Adobe Launch.
  • Experience in utilizing technology such as Server-Side Google Tag Manager to deliver future-facing, first-party data initiatives.
  • Confident in client-facing communication.
  • A team player who excels at working with others to identify and implement solutions.
  • Has previous client management experience.
  • Can explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Great analytical skills, detail-oriented, and confident in making data-driven decisions.
