Key Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Manager, your key responsibilities will include overseeing daily pharmacy operations, managing and training staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with our clinical team to provide exceptional patient outcomes. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Ontario pharmacy practice and diabetes education. You must hold OCP Part A licensure and injection certification. A Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with financial and business acumen, are essential for this position.
