Commercial Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

A leading ground works and civil engineering subcontractor in Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will work on a range of general contracting and residential schemes, with values from £20,000 to £2 million.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage estimates and tenders for construction projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify potential issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
