We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in the North Chilterns to Aylesbury Area (NC2A). As a key member of our team, you will report to our Commercial Manager and be responsible for tender pricing, risk assessments, and contract drafting/negotiations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a supporting team. You will be responsible for contract administration, including data reporting and record keeping, as well as subcontract account management and payment, dispute management, and contributing to project performance discussions.

EKFB is a joint venture between international civil engineering and construction companies, bringing together expertise in design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks. We are proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high-speed rail link.
