We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at New Bradley Hall in Kingswinford. As a key member of the caring team, you will deliver high standards of personalised care to our residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality personal care to residents
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Preparing meals and snacks for residents
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and engage with others
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment
The post holder will be subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure check, reference checks and a six-month probation period.
