Senior Commercial Manager Role Overview

The Senior Commercial Manager will lead the commercial function at Sharples Davies, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team. This includes reviewing, managing, and supporting all tender enquiries with the estimating team, coordinating workload with colleagues in the estimating team, and directing and managing OTP projects up to an agreed value threshold. The successful candidate will also support the Commercial Manager/Director with high-value and/or complex projects, working closely with the Construction and Technical Teams to price works accurately.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager looking to take their career to the next level. With a negotiable base salary of £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience, a generous pension scheme, and 25 days + BH (3 to be saved for Christmas), this role offers excellent remuneration and benefits. If you are a highly motivated and organized individual with strong commercial negotiation skills and experience of retaining walls or ground working contractors, we would love to hear from you.
