Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team at Mane Contract Services for a 12-month contract (maternity cover). As an integral part of our production planning team, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Scheduling: Create and manage production orders based on sales forecasts and business needs.
2. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels for materials and parts, ensuring everything is available for production.
3. Pick List Generation: Prepare and issue lists for warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
4. Transaction Monitoring: Ensure all production and material transactions are accurately recorded in the MRP system.
5. Issue Reporting: Report any risks related to production or materials and work with teams to find solutions.
6. Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline processes.
7. KPI Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics.
8. BOM Management: Keep Bill of Materials (BOM) data updated to support planning and forecasting.
9. Procurement Coordination: Work with the procurement team to ensure accurate and timely ordering of materials.
What We Offer:
