About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Activation Specialist to join our Diageo On-Trade team. As an Activation Specialist, you will play a key role in raising awareness and driving sales of our iconic brands in the on-trade sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activation plans to drive brand awareness and sales in the on-trade sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on-trade customers, including pubs, bars, and restaurants.
  • Provide training and support to on-trade staff on our brands and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform activation strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in the on-trade sector, with a strong understanding of the drinks industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective activation strategies.
