About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Administrator to join our team at CBRE Enterprise EMEA.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide operational administrative support across all customer UKI branch locations, primarily focused on their local site location. They will develop and implement strategies for standardized service and compliance, with a key focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support rollout and transition of integrated FM services solution across clients UKI portfolio
  • Develop and implement strategies for asset data collection and FM service delivery
  • Collaborate with the CBRE Global Lease Administration Team to optimize client portfolio management
  • Support QHSE/compliance audits and programmes
  • Establish EHS roles and responsibilities matrix per site defining between Landlord, Client, and CBRE
  • Communicate safety expectations to comply with client QHSE policies and procedures
  • Establish E-logbooks to ensure delivery of asset lifecycle management and promote CBRE operational excellence
  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities
  • Support sustainability initiatives
  • Coordinate all reporting and analytics requirements governed by Global MSA
  • Respond to client enquiries and complaints
  • Ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients through work order management system
