This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedics, or Physiotherapy to progress their careers in healthcare consulting.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily assessments, maintaining detailed records, and producing comprehensive reports. With a strong emphasis on quality and retention, this role requires a proactive approach to supporting clinical decision-making.

Key Requirements:
  • Active NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Right to work in the UK
  • No prior Functional Specialist experience needed; full training provided
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500, rising to £45,650 with experience, plus a bonus scheme and company-matched pension. Our hybrid work model allows for flexibility and work-life balance, while internal progression opportunities and continuous support foster professional growth.
