We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Specialist Manager to lead our UK, Ireland, and Nordic Healthcare Systems and Technologies team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the attainment of focused objectives and targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of field-based Therapy specialists across OR/ICU and Medsurg care settings to achieve sustainable sales growth with existing customers and generate new business in line with agreed business and personal objectives.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve healthcare delivery and promote the products and services from a clinical and service perspective.
- Collaborate with sales managers, medical, and marketing teams to develop and share the strategic direction.
- Build and develop relationships with key opinion leaders and promote the products and services from a clinical and service perspective.
- Develop reporting processes to collect appropriate metrics in relation to team performance.
- Experience in building strategic plans and operational management required.
- Clinical background or similar role experience is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Used to working in a matrix environment, where teamwork and influencing stakeholders are key to success.
- Creative approach.
- Results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving healthcare delivery.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
