As a Sales Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team of sales administrators, ensuring that all sales order processing and customer account maintenance is met, and enquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and train a team of 3 sales administrators, ensuring they are covering the phones and orders as needed, while also running any necessary reports.
  • Oversee customer consignment stock, ensuring that all sales order processing and customer account maintenance is met.
  • Ensure price changes are noted and customer orders updated, maintaining the trade price list for each brand.
  • Manage all enquiries and reservations relating to hotel accommodation and dinner reservations.
  • Run regular and various ad hoc reports, including sales value and volume, stock, backorders, stock clearance, and margin related reports.
  • Monitor and understand bespoke system elements, ensuring automatic customer invoicing and month-end invoicing is completed.
  • Keep an awareness of inbound brand deliveries, running and preparation of new available customer orders report.
  • Maintain showroom standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Product industry background.
  • Attention to detail and ability to run reports and understand bespoke systems.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 per annum.
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • £100 to spend on company products.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
  • Free on-site parking.
