Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Leader

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a global fusion supply chain, developing our supply chain strategy, and leading our high-value procurement process.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the STEP program, ensuring alignment with UKIFS and other partners.
  • Lead the transformation of celestial from a consortium to a single entity, leveraging best practices in supply chain management and procurement.
  • Collaborate with UKIFS and other partners to embed suppliers into Integrated Project Teams (IPT) organizations, manage capacity and capability challenges, and foster a UK-rooted supply chain network.
  • Support the development and delivery of the Intellectual Property strategy for suppliers, ensuring alignment with celestial's vision and values.
  • Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring the successful delivery of the STEP program.
About You:
  • BA/BS/ME degree in business or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of UK market regulation.
  • Excellent team player with business acumen and ability to interact with C-level executives.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience, with nuclear and EPC experience being an asset.
