About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Leader to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our supply chain strategy, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of supply chain initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and developing and implementing supply chain strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
