Job Description

As a Care Assistant at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you'll be part of a close-knit team that supports clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes. Your role will involve following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily tasks such as shopping and mealtimes
  • Assist with household chores like cleaning and laundry
  • Develop relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be compassionate, resilient, and able to learn new skills quickly. You don't need any prior social care experience, but you'll need to be willing to develop your knowledge and expertise as part of our team.
