About the Role:

As a Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

  • Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities, including NVQs and apprenticeships.
  • A fun and supportive work environment with a strong focus on teamwork and resident well-being.
Your Responsibilities:
  1. Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
  2. Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as serving food and drinks, and helping with mobility.
  3. Participate in and lead activities that promote social interaction and resident engagement.
