Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Multiple Admissions Patient Pathway Team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to support the development of our services.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex mental health problems and an interest in working with trauma. A strong background in psychological interventions and assessment is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with carers/families and other agencies to ensure a joined-up approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to support the development of our services.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
