Maintenance Operations Coordinator
At Haven, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of maintenance work across our parks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing work requests and scheduling maintenance tasks
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance work
- Administering the jobs process and managing stock and asset control
- Communicating effectively with internal customers, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:
- Highly competent and confident in computer and IT systems
- Evidence of previous administrative roles
- Able to present information confidently at all levels
