Maintenance Administrator Role Overview

The Maintenance Administrator role at Haven is a key position within our Maintenance Team. As a Maintenance Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of maintenance work across our parks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and schedule maintenance work requests
  • Administer the jobs process, including stock and asset management
  • Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Manage goods in process and contractor performance
  • Ensure seamless communication with all team members
