Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.">
  • Supporting individuals with mobility issues and helping them maintain their independence.">
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues, managers, and external agencies as required.">
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues promptly.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • At least 6 months' experience in social care.">
  • Familiarity with epilepsy, dysphagia, and PEG feeding is advantageous.">
  • An enhanced DBS check and current registration with the Update Service.">
  • A valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.">
