Job Title: Complex Needs Support Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Support Specialist to provide tailored support in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to individuals with complex needs, including SEND, ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs, in educational or care settings.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations of each person's needs.
- Promote positive behaviour and well-being, offering emotional and practical support where necessary.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in health and social care, special education, or a related field (Minimum Level 3).
- Additional training in behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, or other relevant areas.
