About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex needs to access day opportunities and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with complex needs to access education and day opportunities
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • Experience working with adults with complex needs, autism, and learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
