About the Role

eSecLending (Europe) Limited is a leading global securities lending manager, providing customized programs to asset gatherers worldwide. As an Overnight Securities Lending Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and broker/dealer communities in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide direct assistance to clients and broker/dealers, ensuring timely and accurate trade bookings, recalls, and settlements.
  • Trade Monitoring: Track and monitor trade notifications from lenders, investment managers, and custodians, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Recall Management: Ensure timely and accurate distribution of recall notices to borrowers, track open recalls, and escalate sensitive issues to supervisors.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize daily global operational processes to reduce exposure, while providing quality service and compliance with individual lender guidelines and risk parameters.
  • Borrower Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with borrowers, adapting to their changing requirements and providing quality services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve current procedures and processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of related work experience, preferably in securities lending or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word and Outlook), detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
