Job Title: Securities Lending Associate Overnight

eSecLending is a leading global securities lending manager, providing customized programs to asset gatherers worldwide. Our auction process offers higher returns and improved transparency compared to traditional structures.

Job Summary:

The Overnight Securities Lending Associate will provide assistance to clients and broker/dealer communities in Europe, North America, and Asia. This role involves booking sell notifications, monitoring past due recalls, and issuing buy-in notices. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with established procedures and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and track trade notifications from lenders, investment managers, and custodians within established timeframes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of recall notices to borrowers, track open recalls, and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Support daily global operational processes and procedures to reduce exposure and provide quality service.
  • Develop and maintain borrower relationships to provide quality services and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Support other operational business units as needed.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA preferred in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years related work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Word and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated success with detail-oriented work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
