Job Title: Overnight Securities Lending Associate

About the Role:

eSecLending (Europe) Limited is a leading provider of customized securities lending programs, attracting some of the world's largest and most sophisticated asset gatherers. We are seeking an experienced Overnight Securities Lending Associate to join our team in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct assistance to clients and broker/dealer communities in Europe, North America, and Asia.
  • Monitor past due recalls and receipt and issuance of potential buy-in notices.
  • Ensure all sell and recall processes for exclusive and discretionary securities lending programs are in compliance with established procedures.
  • Take loan and return instructions from brokers and ensure accurate trade bookings internally and at the custodian level.
  • Develop and establish effective positive working relationships both internally and externally to successfully perform the job.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA preferred in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 2 years related work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Word and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated success with detail-oriented work.
  • Must be capable of managing multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior securities lending settlement experience a plus.
