Job Title: Overnight Securities Lending Associate

eSecLending (Europe) Limited is a leading provider of customized securities lending programs, attracting top asset gatherers worldwide. As an Overnight Securities Lending Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and broker/dealer communities in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book sell notifications and monitor past due recalls, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Process and track trade notifications from lenders, investment managers, and custodians within set timeframes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of recall notices to borrowers, track open recalls, and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with borrowers to provide quality services and adapt to their changing requirements.
  • Support other operational business units as needed, optimizing current procedures and processes for greater efficiency.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of related work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated success with detail-oriented work and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
