As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a principal role in the leadership of the whole unit. You will be responsible for overseeing the work of three teams and ensuring delivery against their missions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resilience, crisis management, contingency or emergency planning, risk management, or a related field. They will also have excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of working in a complex and politically sensitive environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement and personal growth. The estimated salary for this role is £104,228 per annum plus an on-call allowance of £9,548, with travel sometimes required to City Hall and other locations.
