Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Support Worker to join our team in Sandwich. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to service users, enabling them to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to service users.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, as well as:

  • 29 days' annual leave (increasing with each year of service).
