About the Role
Meadowcroft - The Lodge is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Liaison Officer/Deputy DSL to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in engaging with vulnerable families to formulate a package of support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for families in need of support, providing guidance and signposting to external agencies as required.
- Collaborate with external agencies, such as Housing, NSPCC, and Social Care, to ensure effective support for families.
- Complete referral forms and attend multi-agency meetings to ensure seamless support for families.
- Build effective relationships with families, providing opportunities for engagement and support.
- Act as Deputy Designated Lead for the school, ensuring all training is current and valid, and maintaining record keeping in accordance with policies and procedures.
