Project Sales Consultant

Established in the Thames Valley, our client is a renowned air conditioning and refrigeration contractor. They specialize in installation, service, maintenance, and repair of cooling equipment.
With great opportunities for overtime and internal progression, engineers tend to stay with this company for an extended period.
This opportunity is for an Air Conditioning Sales & Applications Engineer, responsible for:
- Selling a full range of project installations for air conditioning and some refrigeration equipment.
- Selling service and maintenance contracts.
- Meeting with clients on site to do site surveys, heat load calculations, selecting equipment, and assisting with basic design duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office based 8am till 5pm, Monday to Friday, as well as doing site visits to clients in the Thames Valley and London areas.
- Meet first-year target of £40k-£45k.
Salary and Benefits:
- 40-45k basic salary.
- Uncapped % bonus scheme – up to £10k OTE.
- Car allowance.
- Phone, laptop, 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
Requirements:
- Experience selling and site surveying for air conditioning and/or refrigeration equipment/full project installations.
- Design and AutoCAD experience beneficial but not essential.
- Living within travelling distance to the office in Oxford.
