Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of new policies and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include developing tailored care plans, administering medication safely, and maintaining accurate records. You will also provide excellent nursing care, work closely with residents and their families, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

To be successful in this role, you must have current NMC registration, a strong knowledge of clinical practices, and experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments. You should be dedicated, compassionate, and committed to delivering person-centred care.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
