About the Role

We are seeking an experienced private markets professional to join our Hedging for Asset Managers product team as a sales and marketing specialist. The successful candidate will lead and implement the sales and marketing strategy for this product area, primarily in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales and marketing strategy for Hedging for Asset Managers
  • Develop and implement an outreach plan to engage with prospective clients
  • Manage the entire engagement and sales process, including initial calls and meetings
  • Raise assets and work with the client onboarding team
  • Conduct market and product research as required
  • Manage the marketing and conference budget to build our market profile
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop the sales strategy
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working in private markets, specifically credit
  • Relevant product or industry experience, or experience working for a service provider
  • Currency management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience creating and implementing a sales and marketing strategy
  • Strong writing, presenting, and sales skills
  • Ability to understand the product and service delivery and have technical conversations with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Drive and energy to grow this part of our business
