Asset Transfer Operations Specialist

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Transfer Operations Specialist to join their Wealth Management Integration team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate outreach to hedge fund transfer agents
  • Drive the operational setup of the global hedge fund custodian business in Wealth Management
  • Bring product knowledge to working group meetings to define run-books and mitigate potential issues
  • Complete tasks within deadlines and provide status updates to the working group
  • Have regular contact with fund administrators for account openings and general fund inquiries

Requirements:

  • Understanding of different asset types and their operations
  • Knowledge of the external asset transfer process and touch points
  • Strong understanding of hedge funds and asset transfers
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in asset transfer operations or a similar role in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading investment bank and contribute to the growth of their Wealth Management Integration team.

Working Arrangement:

4 days per week in the office, 1 day from home.
